An old acronym that I have always enjoyed here is Together Everyone Achieves More (TEAM). The formal definition is "joint actions by more than one individual where the objectives of the group are more important than individual interests.
Creating, motivating, and leading innovative teams is critical to success. You can start small but selfless teamwork is infectious. Recognizing teamwork and showing your appreciation for putting team goals ahead of self goals works wonders. Good people like to work in teams and grow the results beyond what they could accomplish on their own. Look for good people.
